Guests
at The Bundling Board Inn are treated to a full breakfast in the Ida and
Eva Gignac Room. Just like Ida and Eva we use vintage linens,
antique china and silver and the table always has fresh flowers and
lighted candles!.
We try to obtain fruits and vegetables grown in the
United States and in summer many are from local farmers. Bread is picked up fresh
at 6:00 a.m. each morning at the
Swiss Maid Bakery on the Square. To the extent possible we
use organic products, including diary and cage free or pasteurized eggs.
